Hi, I'm Sandra Lowe.
I started Arfilia Perkasa after years of helping friends and neighbors in Hampton unpack after PCS moves, sort through inherited homes and finally tame the garage. What I learned is simple: clutter is rarely about stuff. It's about time, transitions and the stress of not knowing where to start.
Today my small team and I work with families across the Peninsula and Southside. We're judgment-free, discreet and practical, and we never throw anything away without your say-so.
