Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged a $75 fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the minimum session.

Packages

Package hours are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused hours may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus any hours already used at the hourly rate.

Satisfaction

If you're not happy with a session, tell us within 7 days and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost.

Products

Unused organizing products can be returned according to the original retailer's return policy; we'll help coordinate returns.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but transferable and never expire.
