The terms that apply when you use befonacoffee.com or buy coffee from Befona Coffee. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of befonacoffee.com and any purchase from Befona Coffee, owned by Wesley Brazell, 147 Asbury St, Arcadia, FL 34266, USA. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our coffees as accurately as we can. Coffee is an agricultural product, so flavor, appearance and availability may vary slightly between harvests and roast batches. Images are for illustration. Tasting notes describe flavors found in the coffee, not added ingredients.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order request through our website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an invoice and you complete payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a coffee is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and will refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices may change without notice but changes do not affect invoices already issued. Florida sales tax is added where required. Payment is due when invoiced and is processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier, but we will always work with you if a package is lost or damaged. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew on the schedule you choose until canceled. We send a reminder before each charge. You may skip, change or cancel by contacting us before your next roast date; there are no cancellation fees.
7. Returns and refunds

8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false information, sending spam through our forms or interfering with the site's operation.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photographs, the Befona Coffee name and logo, and design — belongs to Befona Coffee or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Befona Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in DeSoto County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
